A Fortune 100 company was struggling to find highly specialized talent with backgrounds in GIS, remote sensing, hyper-spectral analysis, and the ability to run their own models in AWS. Such requirements limited the talent pool to under 200 globally. We built 40 hours of AWS training in our LMS to be completed within the first month of onboarding, and scaled the team from 5 to 27 in 6 months.
